Whether you will be a general education teacher or a special education teacher, you are responsible for the education of students with special needs in your classroom.  Ever wondered what it is like for a child with a disability to try to learn in the mainstream classroom?  This is one breakout you will not want to miss!  In this session, we will explore how to reach ALL learners in your classroom by using Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles.  UDL is a framework for curriculum, instruction, and materials development that give ALL individuals equal opportunities to learn.  Leave with ideas on how to reduce barriers and maximize learning for all students.
